NAS Fallon 2012

Home to the Fighting Saints of VFC-13, the Desert Outlaws of Strike Fighter Wing Pacific and the Naval Strike Air Warfare Center. NAS Fallon serves as the Navy’s premier tactical air warfare training center. Known throughout the Navy as the only facility in existence where an entire carrier air wing can conduct comprehensive training while integrating every element of the wing into realistic battle scenarios.

VFC-13 Saints

The Saint fly with the Northrop F-5N Tiger II and are the US-Navy aggressors. Because the Tigers are getting old, the Navy bough F-5E/Fs form the Swiss Air Force. In 2006 36 low-hour F-5E/F where purchased and were updated to F-5N/Fs with modernized avionics and other improved systems.
